WYCON COSMETICS - A Giveaway Review





I think my lucky star is working right now.  Maybe twice in a row!! Why you ask ? Cause I won the guardian Share your Haul and won. Yup, you heard me right. Anyways, told I am writing about a recent giveaway that I won. 

I got a set of WYCON COSMETICS lip liner and lip stick.  Cool right? And the colour given to me is PINK.

The lipstick may appear a little darker on camera, but it is literally a darling pink shade. It is very sweet looking too. I have done a tryout video and I am loving the color payout and the intensity of both the lip liner and lip stick.

 The brand offers an entirely Made In Italy cosmetics line comprising of Makeup, Skincare and Bodycare, an assurance of only the highest quality, formulas and textures on each products. Incorporating the key values of innovation, novelty and colours in all its product range, the brand has continuously produce and provide cutting-edge and cruelty-free products to everyone of all ages and skin colours.

Staying true to the claims, the pink shade given to me suited my colored complexion. It is an universal pink that is compatible for all skin tones and women of all ages.  


 To be honest, I am not a pink lip person. I think "Pink" might just be my new "Red" . Here is a picture of me wearing the sweet pink colours on my lips.

I love experimenting and multitasking a makeup product. I feel some makeup products and types are so versatile that they can work more than their basic functions. Both the lip products form WYCON Cosmetics  are indeed versatile. 

                                                                   
Here is what I did with the Creamful  Lipstick in the shade Chili Pink and Intense Lip Liner in the shade Violet Orchid.

I converted the lipstick into a blush. The lipstick formula was very hydrating and even tho it was a lipstick with a lot of  nourishing properties, it did not make my cheek look oily or blotchy. All I did was, apply a little lipstick with on my cheek and blend it out with my finger. 

The lipstick instantly gave my cheeks a natural looking rosy tint. It stayed put on my cheek for 8 hours and I did not need to touch up. The color did not get absorbed into my skin. It just stayed there.



The next thing that I did was, to convert the Intense Lip Pencil - Lip Liner into a day time wearable eye colour. It may have appeared as a straight on pink at first, but after blending it out it was just a perfect pop of color on my lids.

I have hooded lids, but the colour did not transfer onto the upper area of my lids and neither did it get washed away with the oily lid situation going on. 

 The Verdict :

 With just 2 lip products, one can actual enhance the one's looks just as promised by the WYCON Cosmetics. 

 As for the lipstick and lip pencil original usage satisfaction is 5/5. As mentioned in my video, the lipstick is very nourishing and does not dry put your lips given the colour payout was intense. Just with one swipe I could decently cover the whole perimeter one lip. The lip liner applies easily and id not like some dry waxy pencil consistency. It glided on like butter on both my lips and lid.

Smokey Blood Orange + Giveaway Sneak Peek

Hello dolls, I have a makeup tutorial for you ladies. This week, I created another Smokey Eye Look - "Smokey Blood Orange". Why smokey look you may ask? I am actually polishing my smokey eye makeup skills. I was once told that the shape of my eye cannot accommodate smokey/cat eye. In the effort of proving the nasty lady ( not mentioning names here) wrong. I am going full fledged in perfecting the smokey eye looks. This is what happens when you walk around makeup aisle without makeup on, people are so judgmental and they think we are ignorant just because they are. They were suppose to help us enhance our beauty and product knowledge. If I have the time, I really want to do more looks to share with you guys. I am not a social media addict, I still have no Twitter or Snapchat (lol) but every like on the other social medias that I get, just motivates me to do more. Nesting

 Dear Readers and Friends, Is time to dust the pages of this blog again. Much needed activity now that things are so much in order in my personal life. Well I have found home in places, I once thought will never be possible again. On top of everything, I have found home in me. Cliché much, well I don't think so....haha. When you take the right amount of rebirths..many many....then you will rediscover you over and over again. Fear has subsided, wholeness has started to take form. I may have started this blog 10 years ago. A younger self who had dreams as wide as the ocean....she never equipped herself to fight the rough tides. She got hit one too many times. Ended up in an island of hope, not knowing that both land waters houses challenges. Determined, she did make the island her fort, her safe space, her sweet spot... Forgetting the ocean for dreams, never thinking of going back to the waters to continue her quest. Her blessed heart, brought her wise words from her fairy-god-mother...
