Body Breakfast : Bump and Breakout Free Body Scrub

Hello my lovely people, I recently discovered this coffee based body scrub that I am honestly loving. Being a coffee addict, I love the scent of coffee in any form. The scrub on the other hand smells like a freshly brewed pot of coffee in a pack. I am just grateful, that I did not pour it out in a cuppa and brew it to drink. That is how good it smells.

I got myself their trial pack in Original Coffee and Honey Coffee variation. My fav is the Honey Coffee cause it smells amazing and I am going to repurchase this one for sure.

Now let me spill my first impressions, don't let the grainy dust get you thinking it is going to be harsh on your skin. It is not, it just melts into your skin and makes it look like you are covered with coffee dribbles. If this doesn't spell fun....you are definitely stressed and not only you but your skin needs coffee too.

As the scrub melts into your skin, you will begin to feel it's natural oil / essence coating you as you scrub away dirt and grim. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and moisturized. Body Breakfast Coffee Scrub is first of it's kind; a body/face scrub that looks like a scrub but gives you a body polish finish. My skin felt very smooth and SOFT - yes you heard me right - soft to touch.

I have tried many scrubs in the past, but nothing was ever this satisfying. I am not biased because it is very normal for a coffee addict to gravitate towards complementing and getting carried away with the richness of the aroma, but this is really good.

Each trail pack is RM 10 and you can get a maximum of 3 - 4 uses per pack. It was an impulse buy for me and I did not do a proper research prior to buying them. Now that I want to buy more, I went thru their page and got more information.

Their product is all natural and contains 0% chemical.  They use 14 nature's best natural ingredients in them.

Now I am sure both you and I know where their skin nourishing properties comes from...don't we? They rinse of well, skin doesn't feel greasy at all. The scrub can be used on your face too. Application method is the same but apply the scrub in a small circular motion with gentle pressure.

I wipe them off with a dampened face sponge. That leaves the face with a glow. Alternatively, you can also use a dampened cotton wash cloth to remove the scrub. Don't freak out if  you notice dark brown traces on your skin while drying yourself or while applying toner on your face....it's just coffee! But they don't stain your clothes or sheets.

Now for the best part, I breakout on my skin after scrubbing all the time. I think some of you do too...the Body Breakfast Coffee Scrubs it not do that to me. So ladies, I think I just sealed the deal for us sensitive skin beauties. Try out their trial packs first if you are not convinced with my reviews and experience the scrub's benefit yourself.

Nesting

Dear Readers and Friends, Is time to dust the pages of this blog again. Much needed activity now that things are so much in order in my personal life. Well I have found home in places, I once thought will never be possible again. On top of everything, I have found home in me. Cliché much, well I don't think so....haha. When you take the right amount of rebirths..many many....then you will rediscover you over and over again. Fear has subsided, wholeness has started to take form. I may have started this blog 10 years ago. A younger self who had dreams as wide as the ocean....she never equipped herself to fight the rough tides. She got hit one too many times. Ended up in an island of hope, not knowing that both land waters houses challenges. Determined, she did make the island her fort, her safe space, her sweet spot... Forgetting the ocean for dreams, never thinking of going back to the waters to continue her quest. Her blessed heart, brought her wise words from her fairy-god-mother

We tend to sideline everything good our creator, parents and many of life's teachings that we are generously given. Often, we overuse our power to procrastinate but never really fully utilize the ability to  express our gratitude for the blessings we have and received in life. I personally do procrastinate, complain and constantly debate that life is not treating me kind. I never actually realized, that I am exactly where I am today of my own doings.  If the doings are of any good, I would be able to live my life to the fullest and struggle would me nothing but a stepping stone to greater success to me.
