An Eternal Bond with Health

Among the pages that really put some sense in to my fussy brain/mind are: 1.  The Hungry Girl : " Tips and Tricks for Hungry Chicks"      I learned that calorie counting will help prevent putting on undesired weight and we can actually create yummy meals which are "diet-friendly".  In this website you can learn tips and tricks that can actually save you from binging on unhealthy meals. Please go ahead and subscribe and introduce it to friends and family. The founder Lisa is hosting shows on AFC (Asian Food Channel)called The Hungry Girl. Caught a Falling Star (2 Actually)

Hello love, I want to share something beautiful that I saw early this morning around 5.40 am. As I was waiting for my shuttle to get to work I was on the phone with my mother, I saw a star move then falling down so fast. I was in a state of shock, couldn't believe my eyes and did not know what to do. Only then I made a wish......I know it may sound a little to far fetched and fairytale but I am just saying what I saw. Few minutes after that I saw another one in a different direction. Made another wish.....LOL. I think sometimes little things like this permits us to relive our childhood and help us grow out of it gracefully (pssssssst.........I still haven't grown out of my fairytale and magical childhood thoughts / stories, there is still the child in me that looks out for wishing stars, magic beans and last but not least having and working a wand) http://andi-the-vegan.tumblr.com/post/27246325862

To Finish What I Started For ONCE !!!

Hello People, Happy New Year to all. 2012 was Awesome and 2013 will be Fabulous.  I am back; well it is almost 1 full month since I began dieting. I must say, I did miss out a few things here and there. Okay my journey to good health started well and it got caught up in abundant food cravings around WW 51 and now it is slowly but surely heading the right way. I was 108 kilos to begin with and shed 2 kilos and now I am back to 108.4 The journey is not as easy as I thought it would be. I suddenly felt that I have deprived my taste buds from indulging all the goodies that I would on a regular basis. To be honest, it was challenging and yes I did make a mess, I told myself whatever happens I am going indulge on 2 bars of MARS today. Not one but two, I bought one from Tesco in the name of my mother. My dear hubby, who gave his word in helping me stop and curb my sugar carvings, found out that I had sneaked in a bar of MARS in to our shopping cart on 26 Dec ’12. I t...

It's Time

I am ready to start the journey, the journey to ultimate health and lifestyle. I have always been a chubby girl ever since I was a kids, chocolates, candies and sweets are part of my daily indulgences. Even after understanding the science and bodily chemical reactions towards excessive sugar consumption I still continued to do what I do wrong. I must admit that I am embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror and the worst is the cries of all the lovely dresses/clothes hanging in my wardrobe. I must say I AM NOT embarrassed of being a plus sized babe, but I want to be a healthy plus sized babe. All the excessive abdominal fat, visceral fat got to go………….go away for good. I say no to size zero too...big is beautiful, big is bold on top of everything big IS COMPATIBLE and that is who I am....LOL, sorry babes that was the politician in me.... :) I have been on various weight lost programs and supplements but I was never been consistent to see results...

My Reads_"Law of Attraction"_October 2012 http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/53535.Law_of_Attraction This is my first motivational book, Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier . The picture above was taken from “goodreads”, feel free to check it out. My expectation prior to reading this book was to see and feel some positive changes in my personal life. Now I strongly believe I am in the process of doing so. The mantra here is to "attract more of what you want and less of what you don’t". (quoted from : Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier) Meet the Author  http://thestar.com.my/metro/story.asp?file=/2009/1/4/sundaymetro/2922306&sec=sundaymetro The author is non-other than Michael Losier, he says; success is now experienced in a whole new dimension after discovering and practicing the Law of Attraction. He was introduced to the subject of Law of Attraction in 1995 and wondered why he ever attracted anything negative to his life...

Let’s Catch Up…..

Howdy people, how are things? For me, the second half of the year is going by very fast as my journey is packed with tiring yet fun activities. Firstly I have to mention, we have moved into our first very own landed property. Yay!!!........yes this happines came with a price, a series of tiring and never-ending packing, moving and unpacking activity….believe it or not 5 months have gone by abut many more boxes are in line to be unpacked. My Casa is a double story terrace with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is one of Tambun Indah developers projects at Bandar Tasek Mutiara.  We decide to make the house livable than desirable for now. (this is where my touch comes in). The kitchen is 60% complete, waiting for the built-in cupboards to come on board this December. My check-list and wish-list are growing more bullets than you and I can imagine, wall paints, ceiling paints, drapes, bed sheets, new furnitures and tons of exciting stuff…….haiz!! Once the makeover is c...
