Big is Compatible...

Hello People, Happy New Year to all. 2012 was Awesome and 2013 will be Fabulous.  I am back; well it is almost 1 full month since I began dieting. I must say, I did miss out a few things here and there. Okay my journey to good health started well and it got caught up in abundant food cravings around WW 51 and now it is slowly but surely heading the right way. I was 108 kilos to begin with and shed 2 kilos and now I am back to 108.4 The journey is not as easy as I thought it would be. I suddenly felt that I have deprived my taste buds from indulging all the goodies that I would on a regular basis. To be honest, it was challenging and yes I did make a mess, I told myself whatever happens I am going indulge on 2 bars of MARS today. Not one but two, I bought one from Tesco in the name of my mother. I am ready to start the journey, the journey to ultimate health and lifestyle. I have always been a chubby girl ever since I was a kids, chocolates, candies and sweets are part of my daily indulgences. Even after understanding the science and bodily chemical reactions towards excessive sugar consumption I still continued to do what I do wrong. I must admit that I am embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror and the worst is the cries of all the lovely dresses/clothes hanging in my wardrobe. I must say I AM NOT embarrassed of being a plus sized babe, but I want to be a healthy plus sized babe. All the excessive abdominal fat, visceral fat got to go………….go away for good. I say no to size zero too...big is beautiful, big is bold on top of everything big IS COMPATIBLE and that is who I am....LOL, sorry babes that was the politician in me.... :) I have been on various weight lost programs and supplements but I was never been consistent to see results...
